CDQ checks your patient population against structured, evidence-backed care pathways and shows which patients have missed, late or early steps, most severe first. From HbA1c follow-ups to post-discharge transitions to HEDIS closure, CDQ turns guidelines into a worklist.
Health systems have evidence-based guidelines for nearly every chronic condition — but no automated way to check every patient against those guidelines at once. Labs go unordered. Per Pathway Run is $7 for each pathway in each upload. A subscription costs less once you run more than about 170 pathway runs a month with Custom Pathways (for example 10 pathways uploaded 4 times a week), or about 360 with HEDIS + Custom. Stateless Analysis
Patient data is held in memory only while it is evaluated, never written to disk, and an idle upload is discarded after an hour. Only aggregate counts are kept.
Audit Logging
Every change to a pathway, and every approval, is logged with who made it and when — supporting clinical accountability and compliance review.
Evidence-Based
CDQ pathway steps cite the clinical guidelines behind them. Core's scoring builds on published indices: the Charlson Comorbidity Index and WHO Global Burden of Disease rankings.
