No Doctor-Patient Relationship
Use of this Service does not create a doctor-patient relationship between you and Preact Health or any of its affiliates, employees, or contributors.
Validate with Healthcare Provider
All health information, scores, and recommendations should be: - Discussed with your healthcare provider - Validated against clinical testing - Interpreted in the context of your complete medical history
User Responsibilities
Accurate Information
You agree to: - Provide truthful and accurate health information - Update information when it changes - Understand that inaccurate data leads to inaccurate scores
Appropriate Use
You agree NOT to: - Use the Service for medical diagnosis - Make medical decisions solely based on scores - Share your login credentials with others - Attempt to hack, reverse engineer, or compromise the Service - Use the Service for any illegal purpose
Age Requirement
You must be at least 18 years old to use this Service independently. Users under 18 must have parental consent.

User-Generated Content
By submitting health data, you grant us a license to: - Store and process your data - Generate health scores and insights - Use anonymized, aggregated data for research and improvement - Share de-identified data with research partners (with your explicit consent)
Limitation of Liability
No Warranties
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:
- Warranties of merchantability
- Fitness for a particular purpose
- Non-infringement
- Accuracy or completeness of health scores
Limitation of Damages
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, PREACT HEALTH SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR:
- Any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages
- Loss of profits, data, or goodwill
- Personal injury or property damage
- Medical outcomes or health decisions based on the Service
Maximum liability: In no event shall our total liability exceed the amount you paid for the Service in the past 12 months (if applicable).
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Preact Health, its affiliates, officers, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from:
- Your use or misuse of the Service
- Your violation of these Terms

Upon termination: - Your right to use the Service ceases immediately - We may delete your data per our retention policy - You may request a data export before deletion
Geographic Restrictions
The Service is operated from the United States. We make no representation that the Service is appropriate or available for use in other locations.
If you access the Service from outside the United States, you are responsible for compliance with local laws.
Dispute Resolution
Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, United States, without regard to conflict of law provisions.
Arbitration
Any disputes arising from these Terms or the Service shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the American Arbitration Association rules.
